Thanks for the info, I'm not a huge Insex follower. Those shoes look as if any extended walking and even standing in them could be a bit difficult.

No doubt about that since they were purposely designed to be very uncomfortable and used as a punishment device.

And we should not forget the infamous "ballet boots" (aka "training shoes") less stringent but very effective too when properly used to add an extra stress factor.

...But if you look more closely at her heels you'll notice they are not ordinary shoes but made of heavy steel metal with restraining lockable clamps, not very comfortable to wear, especially in this position. A very nice touch indeed...

The longer I study those shoes, the more I marvel at PD and his fiendish ingenuity. I wonder if his builder also made these, or....? And I wonder if they were made with Madison in mind, or did she just happen to fit them well?

Definitely uncomfortable! Just a side question, did any of his other models wear these shoes?
