A few little extras I'd like to see:

I fully agree with all your suggested little "extras" which would make it even more painful and agonising for her.

But if you look more closely at her heels you'll notice they are not ordinary shoes but made of heavy steel metal with restraining lockable clamps, not very comfortable to wear, especially in this position. A very nice touch indeed...

The longer I study those shoes, the more I marvel at PD and his fiendish ingenuity. I wonder if his builder also made these, or....? And I wonder if they were made with Madison in mind, or did she just happen to fit them well?
