I'm against masks in a safe environment because a mask depersonalizes a kidnapper. So the girl may think that she was kidnapped by a sick person, a lunatic. Yes ~ wonderful discussion. I like the deep, personal connection the kidnapper can build. That’s a form of psychological torture - so rational to the abductor; so irrational to the victim.
