Her ankles are attached to a spreader bar, and you can tell she is in genuine suspension, hanging from her wrists, with her feet off the floor. She hangs, probably not longer than a few seconds in this shot, but it is oh so gorgeous.

I have actually ordered a custom with spreadeagle suspension featuring Elsa! She can definitely hold a suspension for at least several minutes unless her strength has gone down recently. I enjoyed having Alex stretching her tighter and tighter throughout the video. Worth noting that her hair is usually pretty short but she can wear a wig if you want that. I declined the wig because I hate when someone’s suspended but their hair covers their arms/armpit muscles.
