I don't think nudity is that important in scenes like this.
What matters most is that the ladies are realistically tortured. The women should suffer visibly!
It's true, there are a lot of scenes of torture involving women in South American series. I counted 7 scenes in "woman of steel" alone. But at the same time there are no bare breasts there or even more. The countries are all extremely Catholic! All violence and torture can be shown .... but no nudity. It's crazy!

Say, is the realism, and they do that very well. I love to see the fear on their faces before the tortured, and the agony and horror during.

An excellent PKF Studios film is ”What Goes Around” starring the beautiful Lily Labeau in an excellent, prolonged AOH scene.

In this film, Lily is accosted and questioned by a rogue or fake cop (not clear which, but who cares). She’s brutalized with beatings, a baseball bat, tazer, whip and cattle prod. This chick is a great actress in these scenarios, and PKF does a nice job with the makeup - just enough bruising, blood and sweat to add to the realism.
