I would love to see more images of pliers used on women's breast and bellies.

Arcas wrote: Sat Jan 24, 2026 8:57 pm I also posted two today because I now have an inferiority complex thanks to all the cool stuff you can do with AI. I love seeing my original come to more realistic life, but it leaves me feeling.... like a Poser artist ;)
FWIW, your latest series is done so well that I see little that could be improved with AI.

For building a scene, and for anything that can be done with hard surface modeling (tables, chairs, blowtorches), 3D is more reliable, and the quality is just as good. In that first image of yours that I retouched, I upscaled your original, and I only retouched the girl; the rest of the image isn't AI. In your latest series, the girl's body is done so well that I don't see a reason to want to retouch it.

But I like that you're posting two images a day, so I'll shut up now. :D

Thanks for your feedback on the latest two images. IIRC, both had a bit of Bloom enhancement, but not much. They were both kinda rare in that I looked at the raw render and didn't immediately see a laundry list of postwork that needed doing. In the floor piece it was mostly just the hair that got the AI boost. And I don't think I used Bloom at all on the carry pic. So maybe I'm finally figuring out what I'm doing?!!

As for two images per day, I might do that again, tomorrow... but that leaves one image left in the Day One sequence. After that I'm thinking of changing my approach, entirely. Doing this whole thing as a coherent, sequential story kinda sabotages my usual inspiration method and proven strengths. So after this, I think I'll just be doing a series of Videodrome one-offs, without trying to rationalize where and how they fit. I think that'll help me deliver the kind of stuff folks wanna see... and let me create at my sadistic best.

With that said, here's something I messed with last night.... a kind of "torture portrait". I guess you can call it a character study... or somesuch.

Great to see you back, Arcas! :)

Inspired by the work in this thread, I couldn't help myself making an AI enhancement of one of my favorite pics of yours... I hope you approve :-)

It's not perfect, just a quick attempt for the fun of it!

I'm good with it - and pretty nice result! It's really fascinating to see what a does of photo reality does to these! I'm happy to inspire.

Oh my... can torture clips get much better than this? I don't think so... different maybe but better would be hard to do.
Her heaving heaving breasts as she pants in fear, the look on her face, and the scream as the pincers bite... all just so damn good.

Almost broke my eom, btw. 8-)

Five versions... Experimented a little... adding speech usually isn't great but I thought two attempts were okay... one is an attempt to channel Paula Warner's highly stimulating "Please don't hurt meeeeeeee...." from Don't Answer the Phone. As with all things AI, you never know what you're going to get exactly and one version has some interesting stretching involved. But, without further ado... https://ufile.io/7hy4d5g5
Omg...no words, just wow.

And you broke my eom. But don't worry, I have another one.
