Actually the human body is not a very good electrical conductor and the path between her vagina and mouth is highly resistive. Also the user is in a "open" circuit, no current can flow through him, unless he touch another part of her body at the same time but he's isolated by a wireless (remote) system. It's the same that for the bird on a high voltage electrical line, he's not electrocuted because it's an open (unipotential) circuit.
