Hard to believe this goes way back to the videotape era. Which succeeded the 16/8mm era.

The transfers sold on Hotmovies I believe may have been taken from 3/4" Masters, as there is none of that distortion you get on the bottom with a VHS transfer, the safe action/safe title area?
That video clip was upscaled to 1920x1080 with Topaz AI, but the original was the 640x480 clip from Hotmovies. So the funky color/lighting was from the original.
