"Haven't you figured it out yet? Samantha, we are going to torture your breasts. They are so splendid that we will focus our attention entirely on them. And we won't stop until you are begging us to cut them off. Then we will oblige. Of course, a beautiful girl like you won't easily part with tits like these. Most of the fun will be in what we will do to these magnificent funbags, to bring you to that point where you will willingly part with them to stop the pain."

Apologies for butting in again, but this is getting weird... I guess I must be missing something obvious. I tried to follow online instructions for color replacement with photpea. Instructions are:

Select the tool: Choose the Color Replacement Tool from the toolbar.
Choose a color: Open the color picker and select the desired replacement color.
Adjust brush settings: Set the brush size and hardness for precision.
Paint over the color: Carefully paint over the area you want to change.
Fine-tune: Use the Eyedropper tool to sample the original color and correct any spills or unwanted changes.

When I get to point 4, nothing happens. Then I accidentally moved the brush up to the sky... voilà, color replacement. As soon as I move back to the houses, poles, human figures... nothing again. Is there some metadata in JD's original that locks changes?

I have no idea. Try asking in JD's thread? ;)

Them images are JPG, not PNG, no masking information possible in that format. Can't say more specific as I'm not familiar with ... photpea.

Apologies to OP for hijacking (shortly) of his thread.

PhotOpea of course, missed an O.

To me it's become more a matter of understanding why I can change the color of the sky but not the rest rather than getting the result. ANyway, I thought this was also a place to discuss technical problems with AI and photo editing, but I likely have it mixed up with another thread by xs70. So, again, apologies to him and thanks to you.

Love reading the banter and shared ideas (and frustrations) between you all.
And you're helping an innumerable amount of budding AI artists.

Maybe xs70. Me and LLL are more like the grumpy old timers from the Muppets Show.

Nah. One of my reasons for sharing is to learn from the interaction with other people who are interested in or trying to do similar things. Questions like yours and LLL's prompt me to think of things I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Ie. the colorize node, I hadn't considered that until you asked if it was possible. Before, I didn't know I could do that in ComfyUI; now I do. Win win. I watch the likes/reactions I get on the images I post to see what works and what doesn't. I'm still figuring this stuff out for myself, making it up as I go along. I have a few ideas for follow up images for Samantha, and I didn't want there to be too much spacing between image posts for the sake of continuity. But I opened a new thread for these exchanges, so that should sort that out.
