You can also find the whole movie free on YouTube by searching for Fear Chamber 1968.

The scene shown is at the 16 minute mark. Sadly rather brief as the suffering victim is ritually killed after less than 15 seconds on the grill. Some mood music would certainly gave helped the scene, and one cannot help thinking this is a long step down for celebrated horror actor Boris Karloff.

On the plus side, there is a nice lesbian themed whipping scene towards the end of the movie.
