These do not really qualify as Homemade devices but (remote-controlled) Electric Dog Training Collars are cheap and readily available at many pet accessory stores (and webshops). Shock levels are adjustable in increasing steps from mild to very painful.
Many variations are possible and the collar can be attached to other places than the neck.

A very useful tool for training beginner females for more obedience and better behavior.
Can also be used discreetly in public for remote slave control, attitude correction and punishment.

But please be kind and respectful to pets and don't use this on your beloved dog, it's really too cruel...

Thank you for adding that. I dearly love animals and especially our furry little friends who love us no matter what. I don't like the thought of a shock collar being used on a pet. There has to be a better way than to train through fear of pain, which is fundamentally is the same as beating or whipping. Shock collars are a torture device, and the fact that they are used by us as a BDSM toy confirms that it should never be put on any animal, for any reason.
Recommended for pain-slut only use.
