If you are referring to this forum, no one is blocked. You shouldn't have any problems uploading images.

It appears I do Margot, I have tried several times to upload an image. exactly the same size as all the others I have been posting under 900 kb in size and I get the message "Image too large", I can't imagine what is wrong!
