Sorry, sonnysear, it's just part of a small piece of video I found on Spankbang, years ago.
I think it came up as part of the results for a search for "torture", or maybe "electro"? I added "wenona" as part of the file name.

It was sad yes! No! They didn’t tell us the reason and we are angry because a lot of other artists are publishing identical posts but they are unpunished. It’s the 4th time they ban us. But we will reopen another account until they got tired!
