For me it DOES matter: since I'm looking for some realism/credibility in the scenes a real dom should never wear sexy/slutty outfits, or even worse: be naked !
The ideal femdom must be a stern elderly (mature) strictly dressed woman. Naked ?! It's just "grotesque"... (and a turn-off for me). Who's in control ?
There are very few credible f-doms fitting this description, but the following scenes I consider good exemples:
