Among the cut content in Witcher 3 there's a part when Yen betrays the Lodge*, leading to Philippa, Margarita and Frangilla to be captured by Emhyr and bound to be imprisoned and tortured. So, that naturally made me think ...

Nice. The fact it's named 001 makes me think you agree that Emhyr will not just keep those ladies lying around, but will nicely ask them some questions.

PS I think it's Fringilla, not Frangilla.

Afraid the filenames are meaningless, they are only reflect an internal version system. It itself it conveys no info.
