The uniform definitely looks Napoleonic. The bird mask was worn by plague doctors in Europe. It served as a kind of primitive 'gas mask' for medical practitioners in 17th-century Europe, designed to protect its wearer from the foul odours associated with the plague. But I think it's being used here just as a 3D prop to make the scene even more chilling.

I do recognize the whole "suspended between the rollers" aspect, but this is about the best we can do, commercially available, anyway.

Lately I've been appreciating the way the girls bodies visibly stretch, either on the rack or AOH. Those few seconds...schwing!

And I've mentioned that there is no ratcheting mechanism to Alex a long time ago ... maybe it's time to revisit that. I'd personally love a loud clacking noise. That, combined with a visible stretch...

Yes indeed, because that sound means an increase in her pain, and hopefully is quickly followed by a groan/cry/screaming sound from the playtoy on the rack.
