No your telling it to access the link and display the image, not to store the image
Your using between 30 and 50 bytes on 'ralphus' depending on how long the file name is
Your image is using 33,400 bytes on the hosting server 'postimg'

Note: Using the img function on the Forum seems to downsize the image? Where if you use the link to the original image on Postimages, it gets you the full size image?
