CGI probably. She has a sex scene early in the movie and her boobs are not that humongous.

Don't know about fat women but I have a fetish for accuracy and natural body proportions. You might have noticed that 'my' Salma Hayek is properly endowed. Unlike 90% of the Internet creators who put DDD melons on skimpy frames.

Does this image indicate that you have a large-scale crucifixion scene of modestly-endowed maidens planned? If so, please make the images of decent resolution so I can use AI to "enhance" your crucified heroines!
