The NRC in 1950

Lucy, a young female inmate has been caught stealing from one of the warden's locker and is condemned to harsh whipping by the cruel guard Carlos who is feared by all inmates for being merciless and extremely cruel and sadistic, especially with women.

It's a well known fact in the NRC that some female inmates who were sent to Carlos for punishment never returned to their cells.

Soon Lucy's cries and pleas in pain from the harsh whipping will echo through the corridors of the institution and act as a warning for her fellow inmates.

After three escape attempts, this worthless thing was completely shaved and chained naked in solitary confinement.
In the next coming days slave traders would come to see if it still had any value for them. If not, it would have to be terminated publicly although the method still had to be defined.
