According to our sources this is a new arrival at a centre.


The 'subject' is stripped and hosed down. A harsh brush is used during the 'sanitation' process, after which the subject will be allocated a number and referenced.

A former feminist and political activist, Ruth Willis adorned with her serial number and given a (possibly daily) flogging.
