This image appears to show a roll call or reporting for work duties. The year is hard to ascertain, possibly the late 70's?

A rare full colour picture, there is some distortion but you can clearly make out a subject in what looks like a cage.

This was recovered from a hard drive obtained by some private investigators who were looking into an alleged abduction. They cannot be certain if the woman in the image is who they are looking for on behalf of the family. The image does look as if it was one for record and it seems to depict a subject on work duty of some kind. The overall appearance suggests that it is some form of hard labour.
