One of my earliest (and still top favorite) customs I commissioned from Cruel World had two girls being tortured. I figured, if you don't like one, you'll like the other!

The thin blue rope is wrapped around each of the girls' throats with a water jug tied in the middle, tightening the nooses. The more they struggle, the more the jug sways, and the tighter the rope gets around their necks until eventually one of them succumbs to the strangulation and stops struggling.

The blonde has already blacked out and fallen off of her blocks. Now she hangs in the air, gently swaying as she awaits the sweet release of death.
