Help with ID of Paingate video

I've been looking for the title or a link to this Paingate video. The screengrabs are pretty prolific, but the video itself seems nowhere to be found. I believe it also involves the woman getting her nipples twisted.

I think the title of it is "East German Investigation" and the model is Sybil. Months, maybe years later(I don't know) Paingate did another video with the same model titled "East German Inquisitor" and that was in more of a dungeon setting.
