Looking for TV footage of arrest of uni student by US or CN cops, who threaten her with a strip search

This might be a reeeeally long shot, but I am looking for a clip from a TV documentary, news or similar about police work on a North American university campus.

A male and female police officer arrest a female student over basically nothing, I think public intoxication and failing to provide ID or some BS. She is sitting with her friends on some stairs leading up to a 2nd story flat when the cops roll up in their squad car. They're having a house party. The cops have white uniform blouses and hats, the female cop is the butch lesbian looking type, reddish hair. The student is white and blond, "medium long" hair.

She shows the slightest of attitudes and the cops order her down the stairs and take her into cuffs immediately. They're both power tripping, especially the female. One of her male friends writes down a number on a piece of paper and gives it to the female cop after the cop says blondie won't have access to her phone in jail. Blondie says "it is going to be ok, everything will be fine". Female cop: "Oh it is not gonna be fine when they take you into that back room and make you strip" Blondie: "What" Female cop: "You're gonna get searched, that's what they do to females".

I absolutely remember LOVING the power dynamic in that moment. Better than any acting I've seen. Again, this was not a scripted reality show. I believe there was an investigation into the conduct of the police, but not sure.

If there are no sexual contents (if it's a real TV documentary there souldn't be) your best search source is Youtube. There are many "real world" clips showing young girls arrested, handuffed , interrogated, sent to jail, etc... for minor offenses.
Use the following search tags: " girls arrested handcuffed" and you'll find many.
Not sure the specific documentary you're looking for is there but it would be a good start...

But your description looks more like a Prisonteens.com clip (which aren't real), another source to check.
