Caged girls allways displays interesting facial expressions, a mix of resignation, apprehension and uncertainty:
of course they would like to be taken out after being caged for so many hours (or days), but is it really safer outside ?
At least as long as they are caged they won't be submitted to any heavy torture or sexual abuses, after awhile the cage does give a (false) feeling of protection and security.
But the cage is so small and uncomfortable...
Look at all those fearful and desperate eyes... what are they trying to communicate ?

They are trying to communicate fear and trembling. They don't know that doing so just makes us more evil. Poor things.
