Yes it is. The other problem here is their own self-image. If they see something they feel is "wrong" about themselves it doesn't make things better when they're naked and get comments like "Her breasts are too small" or "Amanda's look better" etc etc.

Women sometimes take comments like these too seriously and use it as an excuse to reinforce the idea there's "something wrong" and they need to be "fixed".

Ariel looked great before. Now she's still looks great but is a different person physically. Some people love it, other don't. Moral of this rambling: "you can't please everybody."
