The general rule of thumb is that it's voltage that hurts, but current that does the damage. It helps a lot to be familiar with Ohm's Law, and understand that the resistance of human skin is around 1 megohm unless you're sweating heavily...
What about electrotorture using insertable wired probes? Case in point, a wired probe(s) inserted in the vagina or anus, with the corresponding ground wire attached to a toe? You definitely don't want the ground wire being attached so current would run through the heart, correct?
Or conversely, with vaginal/anal probes inserted, you could attach the ground wire to her ear if you were interested in a torture/execution scenario? Though death could be pretty much instantaneous, so you would want other methods of entertainment handy, to be used first?
And a little research come up with "...fat resisted the flow of electric current..." So breast flesh (being fatty tissue) would be a less than ideal conductor?
