I've had a certain fantasy since I was a teenager, about a girl hanging in a strappado with her knees pulled up and tied to her breasts. Then weights are tied to her ankles to torture her shoulder and tits. Then she is whipped on her back and ass.
Your pic shows the same thing in reverse, and is every bit as cruel.... and exciting.
