it has 3139 frames, I can tear it apart, see every frame, I can make an mp4, but I can't run it as a gif without uploading to an online server, and the mp4 will take up a lot less memory

or just find the video, I'll get the audio too

It sounds like a massive hassle and I would venture to say that your efforts would not be appreciated.

Btw, do you have any ideas on my downloading issues?

I downloaded it using the download button on deviantart, it took forever, but it works everywhere online but not on my computer, I just dragged it from my downloads file to the bing search line/space and it played beautifully, but its no big deal I usually don't download gif's,I just grab their address and post them somewhere else, like here.

Yes, it plays great when opened with Firefox...but playing it otherwise with the computer is the problem.

The file seems to be too big for WMP.
Personally I'm not a fan of WMP, I use Irfanview for pics and gifs and VLC Player for videos on a Win 10 PC.

It plays on my PC when I use Irfanview but not with WMP. I presume the latter is due to the file size.

Have you tried any VPN? Some ISP are morons, and filtering traffic.
