My (educated) guess is that they weren't able to find (and/or afford) young pretty looking girls ready to take the extremely harsh and painful treatments the "VIP Club" (and members) was asking for.
I still believe that the "market" for the current contents is very limited, but maybe I'm wrong. There is probably a market for unattractive, overweight, and older women videos as well. I don't think I'm going too far out on a limb when I say it's smaller than the market for attractive girls. Maybe the idea is: this way we can produce cheaper videos for a smaller market and the math still works out. If so, I wish them all the best but for me it is nothing.
