That’s one of the best compliments I can give to anyone.
While his videos may not have the highest western studio polish, what you get from he and his models more than makes up for it in real pain, peril and performance.

Thank you for your comments on Alex. They reinforce what I generally feel about Alex, that he is ethical and honest and really does feel for, and protects "his girls", though he never calls them that. But I also don't forget that he is a businessman, too. We're very fortunate that he's "bent" in our direction.
An important thing I noticed from viewing rough footage is that he hurries back to the girl to ease their bondage, if it is strict, when the scenes are "cut", meaning filming is done. I notice, and appreciate things like that. And I know the girls appreciate it too.
I remember a while back, when he first started putting out product, that his editing was, shall we say, needing improvement. Well instead of just getting upset over the comments, he recognized the deficiency and went out and got different editors, and solved that problem. Another thing I noticed was that he continually puts profits back into his enterprise, purchasing new cameras, improving and updating, and changing, sets, improving rigs, etc.
I wish I understood Russian, so I could understand what he is saying to the actresses. Maybe it fleshes out the story?
And I never discuss politics between us, just my choice. Our common ground, and good fellowship, in GIMP, is enough. I wouldn't mind sitting down with him over a few beers, as I think he would be engaging, easy and interesting to talk to.
