This over the barrel pose was one of my favorites and still is. The reason is... if you look closely you will see how he bent her hands down and tied her thumbs to her wrists. It serves no purpose other than to cause discomfort. I know he did that same tie at least one other time, and I might have a pic of that, which I'll look for.
