70s bikinis were often nicely minimal... but even less is more...

The way they had to present the cover image vs. the one we all wanted to see 44 years ago...

That bikini top is really far too conservative... let's see her out of it... cue Stable Diffusion...

It was irritating back in the day when publishers would use a text box to cover the parts of an image that we really wanted to see. After a lot of hitting "reload" Stable Diffusion came up with some decent extrapolations (and lot of bad ones) of what we wanted.

Nice work, my friend. Those covers are very much improved, and thanks for sharing.

Glad you are enjoying them. They're fun to create when it works. Much of the time it's about a 10:1 ratio of not working to working, but when it does the results are often a dream from 40 years ago come true. A lot of the time it's a challenge to find good images to start with that are worth modifying... if it's not a close up, or if the girl isn't positioned correctly to be worth looking at, it's not going to work. But again, when everything falls into place... it's very satisfying! I'll keep at it.

What they photographed vs. what we wanted...

Excellent, I always hated those glued on labels covering up the good stuff. :D

Better without the top, even though it's thin and she's got nothing under it...
