And, in the proper position, there's access to the "break room" when your arm gets tired and the pressure requires some degree of release

One of my "go-to" images, tweaked a little to "tighten" up the ropes. It's very dark and probably has been color-corrected, but I got it that way. The original has been on the Forum before, a number of times.
