@ yyy and thx1139 IMO that scene from GOT is one of the best alien gets earthling woman scenes ever. It's a pity it is not longer, but still it does the trick. I can imagine what that scene would look like with today's special effects (there are moments in which it's obvious that it is a group of guys in a suit doing the caterpillar's work, like in those Chinese dragons paraded in festivities). It also makes one think of the missed opportunities in movies like Alien. Some more GOT:

I can never get enough of that scene. It has been a delight to progress from crappy VHS (which I was happy to have at the time) to DVD and now seeing seething hot Taafee in glorious HD with all the detail. The scene, apart from being too short, is about perfect. What puts it over the top is her acting, especially her vocalizations. Even if they had cut away before showing her being disrobed and you just heard her it would still get the heart rate up. Very erotic. Much better than just random screaming that is all too common in such sequences. There are a few other scenes where the actress makes it great instead of just ordinary. This scene will always be a gold standard.

I totally agree. It's almost like expensive perfume, it comes in small bottles. The other detail that enhances the whole effect is how her body is covered in slime and the way she moves under the caterpillar. I remember when I first rented GOT and saw the scene for the first time. Besides the fact that I hadn't seen anything remotely like it, it was really the best moment of a not so good film. I almost wrecked the rewind button.

Yes she sold it and made it scathing hot! And first impressions by then-rare explicit scenes burn into the brain for life. I borrowed a second VCR and duplicated that scene (more image degradation but hey at the time I took what I could get) and looped it a bunch of times before I returned the rental tape. I think I about wore the duplicate out!

Taaffe O’Connell’s character of Dameia happens to be afraid of maggots and her own sexuality, according to the script. One maggot grows to an enormous size and has its way with her before she expires from the act. It’s a sequence that only lasts maybe only two minutes tops, but it’s a sequence that had everybody talking about for decades. Throwing rape into a movie for the sake of shock value is usually in extremely poor taste…but here, it’s so over-the-top it can’t be taken seriously. It’s just so bizarre.

I did some frame grabs of early in the scene before she has her uniform removed and tried to run them through Stable Diffusion this morning. Didn't really work. They're dark, and even when I brightened them it didn't work well. And the good stuff AFTER she had her uniform removed (I thought it might be interesting to remove parts of the creature to have it generate more of her body) all got tagged by the NSFW filter (shocker).

Top ten sci-fi torture scenarios I'd like to see (in no particular order):

1. Longer and more graphic version of GoT worm rape with Taafe O'Connell.
2. Helen Noel, nude, in the neural neutralizer in Dagger of the Mind, cranked up high with verbal commands used as desired to enhance her discomfort.
3. Leia (nude of course) in the torture chair seen in Empire on Han solo.
4. Gyn Ersso (nude of course) in the torture chair seen in Empire on Han solo.
5. Janice Rand, mirror universe version, ordered to open her uniform and an agonizer used on her.
6. Janice Rand, mirror universe version, nude, in the agony booth.
7. The new Chapel from SNW nude in any of the previous ST scenarios (Does that count as more than one?)
8. The Arcas Andorian pictured earlier in this thread, in a live action version of the scene.
9. Zhora from Blade Runnder captured and tortured instead of being blown away.
10. Misadventures of Arcas's Orannia, Special Agent of the Commonwealth of Worlds... I'm sure he could come up with something interesting (if he hadn't retired... damn it).

Never found sexy elements in that chair, mostly because in a SW novel it was decribed like a mining tool. And the whole idea of such amateurish approach from Imperials was a put off.

I loved the description of the torture droid in the original novel... the device would be most useful...
