Yes, whenever there's a new girl on sight, first I make a casting to see her personality, to see how seriously she wants this thing, and to show her what to expect. These are not formal castings like what we made years ago for the subscription sites, these are not to be published, though sometimes I show a few seconds, but they are not get paid for the castings any more like earlier when they got paid a flat fee for the casting whether or not they were successful.

Usually I ask them to make their back available for the whip which usually means taking off everything above the waist even the bra.
The we start with a few lighter strokes so they get confortable with the whip and we progress to 1-2 hard strokes in the end. This usually helps the girls decide whether the give it a try in the real game. We talk about the possible games , rules what they must endure if they want to take home the prize. They can ask anything, they can say stop whenever they want. In quite a few occasions they stopped before the hard strokes. These are not castings to be published so the atmospbere is not that formal at all.
