@Cruel World: CRY and Petra or Tay are in jail. Guards force them to a Electrocution Contest. Tied both in usual X shape, feet over small wooden cube ( as standard ) they are tortured with electric clamps. They clutch in a hand a wooden ball or a stick or any other small item, during the shocks they don't have to drop it to the ground. If happens the other victim gains one point. The clamps , we say every five points , change body parts ..... nipples, ears, toes,....so on. The limit for number of shocks , points, body part is the Fantasy only.

When a girl reachs the total points wins.

Adding money bets from external players ( by phone for example ) so the victims have to suffer as much as possibile, because the gamblers lose money but the loser girl loses her life.

How method ? By an atrox crucifixion....of course.

Special tools: wet wipes to enhance electric conductivity, wet sponge on the faces and neck to support the girls beetween shocks.

Shot in the U.S.? Problems with high cost, plus marketing (credit card problems). They seem to be getting around that using bitcoin nowadays, but that leaves non-bitcoin users in the cold.

I like the direction the old Violence series, shot by John Blakmore in the 80's (?), was going. IIRC, the series was intended for Europe, with less censorship? Dark, sort of grainy, serious bondage and torture. He pushed the limits pretty hard with the one starring Renee Baker and Georgia Van Helsing. I'd love to see that movie up-res'd.

So, initially, it would go along those lines. Maybe Cruel World. Though I'm not sure how much of a movie industry there is in Russia, and how connected the adult industry is to the movie industry there.

Or maybe Pedro for Elite Pain, along the lines of Stalin2 or some of his older efforts. IIRC, he contracted a burning iron on flesh closeup once, as well as a spike through skin? So he has the connections to make stuff like that come to fruition.

Summarizing: think "Violence" (in HD) , using the same leather straps to restrain the victims,but with less lingerie (more nudity), similar torture and more screaming. Oh, and try to find actresses with minimal tattoos.

The synopsis? Maybe Aid workers captured by the Syrians. That would allow use of electrotorture as well as all of the "Old Methods". Maybe a Post-Apocalyptic theme, though that would require costumes (for the torturers) and increased cost.

A story I wrote about 15 years ago, which I just realized is no longer hosted publicly online by the site I donated it to, which has gone under, The Mitigator Strike:

It's about 7500 words and would translate well to a 60 to 90 minute movie. There are not a lot of roles to cast, it takes place entirely in a futuristic but medievally equipped dungeon/prison, and is a bit different from the usual fare. Someone who is already equipped to do medieval themed dungeon fantasy films might find it a relatively easy production, but something quite different from the usual fare in interesting ways.

In a dystopic theocratic future post-USA empire torture has been legalized as a criminal punishment. But the death penalty has been abolished due to mistakes and abuse. In order to justify this theologically the penal system has Mitigators on staff who can take on a prisoner's guilt and part of their punishment. The whole ritual is hypersexual and the Mitigators are always women because the torturers have always been men since the institution of the new regime. Mitigation of death sentences is mandatory, and otherwise the Mitigators generally choose the cases they are willing to mitigate.

Although all forms of non-procreative sex are illegal outside the prison it is understood that the Hands of God (torturers) and Mitigators are sadists and masochists respectively,and they are sterilized. But in the prison system their deviances are considered Gifts sent by God to enforce His proper punishment of the condemned, and in that context they are considered divine rather than perverse.

In the story a serial killer is brought up for mandatory death-sentence mitigation, and the Mitigators find him so horrible they refuse to do their duty. Hilarity ensues.
