Point well taken. In the end though, doesn't it come down to cash, money$ if the producers cannot recover enough revenue to cover costs and fair profit return, then we won't see it. If the producers can, and of course the material is legal, then we will see it.
On 0 to 100 vs gradual: Gradual is how you attract models who will come back. 0-100 can be put on the screen very easily with a little editing and acting. Insex were quite good at this.
