I don't know... even with new tools she may be a lost cause, especially around her mouth. Any work there would certainly affect her oral performance in a negative way. The neck tat would be risky to remove, so I would recommend a metal collar wide enough to cover the ink be fitting snug around her neck, and permanently welded in place.

It's either that or just string her up and skin her alive.

It's not an easy job I must admit. But you could also hide what shouldn't be seen. Then you can easier focus on your main job (whipping the gimp), without being disturbed by her ugly facial tatoos:

Cruel World does a lot of whipping on my behalf in my videos. I am happy with Alex's technology for making stripes that aren't real but are very attractive like these from Arina's Lesson. On my Deviant Art petelobo page there are hundreds of caps from my Cruel World videos with the story lines.
