The perils of Jennifer
Re: The perils of Jennifer
I'm looking at the pointilist technique in your drawings (chapeau to Pichard) and I'm left wandering how many hours of individual effort you put in average, for one panel?
Re: The perils of Jennifer
I’m pretty quick ,but a drawing like this takes like 2 hours.
Usually I don’t do much background , just the characters cos that’s the most fun to draw.
The point shading technique is mostly done in pen and ink work , my art teacher showed it to me years before I discovered Pichard .

download/file.php?id=27394&mode=view, altruism rears its ugly head. Somehow I don't really like this.

Time well spent imo, and very much appreciated.Jarpi wrote: ↑Sat Sep 10, 2022 8:50 amI’m pretty quick ,but a drawing like this takes like 2 hours.

Wow.... rough journey. Without gloves and kneepads I assume.
