I'm not very fond of dental mouth gags, especially when they aren't wide open (see above).

But they could be very humiliating and unpleasant to wear, and forcing the slave to have her mouth permanently open and readily accessible to any introductions is a good point.

The poor girl below really doesn't seem to like it, as it can be seen by the flowing tears.

Too much limitations but maybe we could prepare her some protein rich cocktail... then the precious fluid won't be wasted like this:
