Is there not an option for nvidia "deep learning" graphics cards?

I have a hefty graphics card for games a Poser renders and I've tried some of these tools for converting video to 60fps by AI inserting frames. I suspect that the process is very similar.

Alas, it took soooooooooooo long, I gave up as I wanted to play Cyberpunk.
