Yeah, I like very much! :)
But since I just have seen this kind of crucifixation bondage for breasts whipping a bit often lately, I would now go for a change, just for variety. I am thinking of a similar wooden board, this time being pressed into the armpits, the wrists drawn down and tied there. The more you press the board into the armpits, the more you draw the wrists down, it makes the breasts rise up. I hope this is not judged to be too much of torture before the whipping starts. :)
WOP Special Rules came close, albeit a tubular frame and the wrists not drawn sufficiently down for my taste.

And please do not get me wrong on this. Just my personal taste and feedback. The "crucifixation board" also looks very fetching. ;)

It would also help to increase their odds of winning, but as Pedro has explained, that cuts both ways. A guaranteed payout makes appearing on Elite Pain more attractive, but it also reduces the incentive to not give up when the pain starts to become terrible.
Saw that in the "Pain Factory" series, where the higher the level of money to win, the harsher the punishment to earn it. Most of the contestants stopped at about Level 2 and was pretty light, but some went higher, which typically involved stripped naked, tied spread-eagled, and whipped 5 times on either breasts or thighs. The next level up was more strokes and harsher. Still, I think most of the contestants were amateurs and this was something new for them to experience and their reactions showed it, which made it much more entertaining to watch as they analyzed the pain and shock of their first whipping.

That young lady really pushed herself. She eventually got a starring role in the opening scene in "Victimized Part 2".

It's a shame didn't do more films for Mood/Elite Pain. She had a future in it.

Another one that got away, probably because the money wasn't enough for her to go further. Judging by her physique and tan lines, I'm guessing she was a competitive swimmer in college and was just looking for a little adventure and some cash. She was certainly up for the challenge of being whipped.

I liked the Pain Factory movies; it was a great concept. But also disappointing, because except for Gabi, none of the contestants went very far. I don't remember clearly, but maybe no one else went beyond Level 2, and a fair number stopped at Level 1.

That's exactly why the concept of COP works so well in favor for the viewer... The players are incentivised to try going beyond their limits otherwise they are not getting any prize. If they could quit early taking a percentage of the prize you would miss the most exciting part when they struggle/suffer the most...

And also COP RLD because the player thinks she can avoid the extreme unlucky cards like reset or 3x all

Even though it was more complicated, the COP where either the sub or the domina chose the lucky card. Rather than choose a red or green card there can be a coin flip before each round .
