Yes, that way... very few pics can be found on the web to illustrate this very effective electro torture/training method.
I used it a few times on my female slave (with a dual dog training kit, which allowed me to select which boob to punish: left, right or both at the same time. Many possibilities and fun !). It was no fun for the save though, she cried so loud that I had to gag her and also tie her hands behind her back.
And unlike the studio from where these pics were taken it was not faked, my slave could confirm...

That's called a "tazapper". Gives a single shock of static electricity. Quite tame but fun.

If you hold down the button on them its more than a single spark. Holding it into skin first feels like a hot needle, dragging it along the skin feels like being cut with a hot knife. I've had some very masochistic play partners who ended up fearing it more than any of my other electrical gear.

I found it on SpankBang, so good luck with tracking it down. Might have been PunishBang. It was an eastern European video--fairly long--with an attractive young lady who was into the performance.
