Anyone interested ?
No, i'm not. Because of the stupid piercings in the tits.
Personally I wouldn't be stopped by such little details (if of course the price is right)... the small jewel metal bars would be easy to remove but I wouldn't because they have many other useful puposes, and (mostly) are good electrical conductors and makes connections easier.
Are breasts good electrical conductors?

Electrically speaking NO (like most of the human body external surfaces), you should expect something in the 50 kilohms to 1 megohm range depending on the breasts, distance between contacts, pressure, hydratation, perspiration, moisture, etc...
But metal inserts (which is a good conductor) will facilitate the interfacing between the shocker and breasts, add pressure (clamps) and vaporize water and it will be even more effective.

If in doubt, try yourself or ask these girls:

Nice. I don't know much electricity and am planning on kidnapping some gimpy for 110V vs 220V experiments. :D
