Nice images, frog, inspired by current events? It's sorta nice that we have two fronts to pick from; the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and also in Russia, with the protestors.

I know, my introduction was tongue in cheek, as it were.

My images are not really inspired by current events. What "inspires" them is the body and the posture of the GIMP (the facial expression is also important, that is why I often have to use the facial cutouts I have, since I tend to abhor ball gags and especially the dental office paraphernalia, but above all the "I'm enjoying this" face). Centering on the GIMP I then construct the "story board." I try to represent a scene in a movie or clip. The type of scene that movies or clips scarcely deliver, and much less so today. That is the whole issue behind my composites, what's out there does not jive with my fantasies. The reference to current events, if it happens, just comes at the end. Sometimes this last part troubles me, because it seems that I'm using real suffering for selfish pleasure. Excuse the rant and thanks for your comment.
