Sexy Darlene Vogel is a bike cop in the TV series “Pacific Blue.” This chick was the hottest thing on TV at the time - OK, maybe tied with her other bike cop colleague Paula Trickey.
In this episode, Darlene (Officer Chris Kelly) is abducted and tied to a chair. The thug turns a video camera on and tells her he’s going to torture her on film as revenge for what her boyfriend did to him. No nudity, obviously, or torture (though she’s smacked a couple of times), but seeing Vogel in peril of any kind pushes the right buttons for me.
