The interesting thing about your concern is that I EXACTLY had the same concern when designing the business model and processes. The Google form I sent, doesn't require you to have a Gmail account to submit the form. The only benefit of using a Gmail account to submit the form, is that it stores your progress (as written above the page) Which doesn't apply here because the form is short and only takes 1-2 minutes to complete.

Regarding the payment method, as I described we can't accept credit or debit. I suggest you to check out crypto currencies (if you haven't already) it's convenient and private and we accept that for selling content.
