To be historically more accurate, this is what they probably looked like, both ethnically and in age, the notice specified unmarried women sixteen and up, there would have been pressure on young women to get married so the percentage of unmarried women would decrease rapidly as their ages increased. Also, they all knew who else would be there and this would be an opportunity to catch up (on gossip) since they would know most of the others they would have dressed up.

Slovakia joined the Axis powers in 1940.
In March 1942, a transit camp was opened in Poprad Slovakia's abandoned barracks,
Notices went Up: all unmarried Jewish women 15 and older were to report to the school gymnasium in two weeks.
They were told they would be registering for three months of work in a shoe factory, and that it
was their patriotic duty to help in the war effort.
But when they showed up to “register,” they were strip-searched,
loaded into trucks and taken away.
