The lady on the table, will have to endure too much torture and it would be difficult for the producer to find such type of girls. And as @pedro sir told earlier that he is not interested so both the factors come in play. But if Pedro sir changed his mind in future I think that movie would be the best of all.

Ok. Then another suggestion, to manage sexual torture at least on another way:

Personally I like EP for its unique style of whipping and the 'game' aspect and what the players are thinking in their minds on what choices to make and the chance elements.

The only sexual thing that I am looking forward to is to see the buttplug being used as I think it'd add an extra distraction for the player. I'd also love to see a 'pick two more' card added to COP where the player has to pick two new cards for the same round (obviously to avoid conflict the remaining original cards would have to be split into two boxes so for example you wouldn't have dom choice and sub choice in the same box).
